The original mirrors were odd on this model .a fancy chrome one on the L/H drivers door and one on the wing on the R/H side but you couldn't see much without using the centre rear view one. Like chrome wires and the original grill, earlier type spinners look better too .Split rear bumpers aren't found on the UK cars and look fine. In the Uk people think my car is a midget because of its bumpers, but its auto as well and R/H drive so very special.

ok may i ask why is there 3 rear view merros

Envy. So much pure, raw, unfiltered envy. She's a beaut, though.

Is it for sale?

Everyone uses those wood knobs I see. I have the same car as you but It needs new paint as well as the speedo fixed. I have the weber 2 barrel carb conversion and a rebuilt engine with an aluminum head.

I've got the MGBGT model, not the roadster. A bit more practical for our weather. Your car is lovely. You really have to drive these cars don't you. You feel the road. I have a grin on my face when I'm in it. Mine only comes out in the summer. Just came out of the garage today after much love and money spent on it. Mine is old english white. Your video put a big smile on my face, thanks and enjoy such a thing of beauty. Much respect from foggy old England.

You are absolutely correct that these cars need to be driven. I'm driving a '67 Sunbeam Alpine most of the time now. It has a Weber carb (staged 2 barrel), electronic ignition and GM alternator. It sometimes cracks 30 miles per gallon and is a plain blast to drive. With the very minor modern upgrades it's perfectly reliable. Still like to have some heavy V-8 iron in the garage, but for daily fun and economy these older sports cars are just fantastic. Thank you much for the nice comments.

hahahaha oh wow, my dad has one just like this, but not in nearly as mint condition as this one.
Im wanting to fix it up so that it looks as amazing as this one.
Plus, its weird seeing a left hand drive model too.
