Without battery, only earth, copper and steel connected to a joule thief.

Sans batterie, seulement de la terre, un tuyau de cuivre et une vise, le tout connecté à un joule thief, je peut allumer la led :)

  • What kind of metal other than copper are you using? Have you tried Zinc? How about iron or some other metals?

  • I have tried with copper+zinc, copper+alu, it works too. But always copper and something else to have better result.

  • Ok, merci pour l'info, j'ai fait ce joule thief avec des pieces d'une vielle alim pour pc. Depuis j'ai commandé un un toroide en ferrite noir, je vais faire attention à la différence entre les deux ;)

    La batterie V3, fait dans un recipient vide de persil, donne les mêmes resultats que la grosse sur la video et est beaucoup plus pratique. Elle a duré à peu pres 10 jours sans ajout d'eau. Je ferais bientot une nouvelle video quand j'aurais le temps.
