Bruce Fein, is an attorney in the United States who specializes in constitutional and international law.

He has been retained by a group of Tamil human rights activists operating under the title "Tamils For Justice" with the ultimate goal of securing to Tamils the opportunity to choose a free and democratic Tamil nation consistent with international law and practice.

Tamils for Justice, some of which we can publicly announce, involves:

Exploring modalities for organizing and conducting a Referendum (Under United Nations Security Council supervision) on Tamil Statehood in the island of Sri Lanka

Thereby ascertaining directly and democratically from the affected Tamil people, what the majority of them want, with a view to facilitating a just and lasting peace.

# Deproscrition of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).

# Bringing to justice the Rajapakse Brothers and General Fonseka for crimes against the Tamils and Human Rights violations.

Dear Sinhalese, why did you- massacre Hundreds of Tamils in one day in 1958? Why did you carry out 1977 pogrom and made 75,000 refugees. Could it have been your anger over Tamil Tigers in 2007? And why were thousands of Tamil men, women and children slaughtered in pogroms between 1956-83? Was it because Sinhalese were upset over Tamil Tigers in 1996?

In 1956 and 1958 and 1961 and 1977, there were no 'Tamil Tigers' to impede peace between Tamils and Sinhalese. Indeed, there was no Koty (Tigers) to upset anybody Nevertheless, the same Sinhalese slaughtered thousands of Tamils in Hingurakgoda, Polonnaruwa, Minneriya and Colombo. Indeed, in 1958 so many Tamil men, women and children were mercilessly hunted down in Polonaruwa Sugar plantation.

Not only the sinhalese but some of my muslim friends in Colombo are also totally ignorant about Sri Lankan history.

One guy claimed that LTTE started the problems. I explained the riots and mistreatment against Tamils PRIOR to LTTE formation and he claimed that i was making it up!!

bro, if you were in the north, ESPECIALLY during the Tsunami you must know that the LTTE are there for the people. During the Tsunami the GoSL never gave a single penny to the Tamil people.

It's funny you say that "attacks against civilians aren't' proven to be done by LTTE" That's actually pretty funny considering the LTTE them selves have taken responsibility for the suicide bombings that have killed civilians. It appears that YOU do not have much knowledge about whats going on in Sri Lanka, and unfortunately you are completely oblivious to the truth about what your Tamil people are actually going through due to the LTTE holding all the civilians hostage in the war zone.

Listen kid, i was in Sri Lanka with the Canadian Red Cross after the tsunami hit, helping your tamil people. BRO i don't need some 21 year old kid to teach me history, go to University for 6 years and work with humanitarian groups around the world and then come talk. I had to listen while poor tamil people were coming to our tents begging for help while the LTTE was steeling effort money that was suppose to go to helping people. There are hundreds of bombings that has been proven to be LTTE.
