Strike - can't do that. They're 3 in 1 except Strike Rogue and another Strike pilot by Mwu La Flaga, you need to press A if the game is on PC, but if PS, it's L2, I think
Impulse - You need to buy the remain; Sword and Blast to get them

actually no, it makes the Impulse a jack of all trades, so it can be better suited to different missions

Wow, nice freedom skills. The blast impulse is not so bad, is just that you attacking to much for it to be able to launch a good attack. But the blast here has a SUPER weakness, the holding back of the spear then stabbing it forward. That attack takes WAYYYYYYYYY to long. What I feel is worse is the sword impulse.

When playing against sword impulse it's sad that the AI MUST use those useless boomerangs whenever it's in the air. It has a long windup time and can be easily blocked, or flown over which I do often.
It's best redeeming aspect is it's melee counter as it's unblockable, unless your opponent goes seed.
Blast is powerful even if he packs a mean punch the fact that it can't deliever it fast enough makes him useless. That combo on me was only because I did not finish my combo and stood there.

well Blast is just horrible against gundam's with a fast attack speed reaction time. Take for example Dearka's Zaku. Here's a video of him taking full advantage of Blast Impulses slowness. http://youtube.com/watch?v=UieGU8dSlVM
