Well it didnt realy hurt at the time (hense the fact i got up right away after it) but the after effect hurt like a lot i cudnt move my neck all the way i normally cud and if i turned my neck pain hit me and my chriropractor litterally had to slam my neck into the table to fix that which hurt but haha, u use to do gymnastics?
