This is the flaw with the Canadian idea of "Cultural Mosaic." Such an idea promotes division. "Us" and "them." I prefer the idea of a "melting pot." As long as everyone shares the same values, goals, and vision, there should not need to be a "Little Italy" or "Chinatown" ONLY CANADA!
Okay... I'm American, but I like Canadian laws better. I wouldn't plan to settle in "America town" if I immigrate to Canada! If I did, I would just stay here. LOL!
