RAW VIDEO Minneaplis Police Brutality 2nd Beating

This is raw video of a tape released by the Minneapolis Police Department showing Officers Sherry Appledorn and Joe Will allegedly beating, kicking and tasing suspect Nicolas Kastner, who had already surrendered to police. The incident is under investigation, and both officers are still on active duty.

this video shows absolutely nothing honestly you only see the kicking and its from a horrible angle to pass judgement. You do see the man RAM A POLICE CAR if their had been an officer in the car you could justify deadly force and shoot the fucker but I guess since the officers had to use force to effect the arrest they MUST be the real criminals here.... Joe Will is an excellent policeman

@gjn00100 They could have shot the man while his vehicle was in motion, but once he was motionless on the ground deadly force is no longer justified. And of course you are right about the kicking. They were probably just kicking their squad in anger. ;~P What else would they be kicking but the perp? Once a perp is motionless on the ground kicking him is overkill.
