So.....how do men acquire the nothing box...oh...they're born with it.....yes I have noticed that men don't answer women when they are in the nothing box, and seem annoyed when you say, "why don't you answer me."

it would be that way if the words "men" and "women" ended with "s". even though they are plural, they don't end with "s", so, it's "men's" and "women's"

With the double "s"

Because of plural s and possession s

you don't know your grammar right. the 's can mean "is" or possession. "mens" and "womens" - those words don't exist. the right title would be "Men's Brain vs Women's Brain"
