This wasn't the first time Ladysmith Black Mambezo was featured in a Sesame Street special. Look up Sesame Street 25th Birthday: A Musical Celebration, and you'll see that they were featured near the end of the special.

2:10 Why did they have to ruin this song and the beat with the African group putting their "twist" on the song? The lead singer looks possessed. He sounds possessed.  And he ruins the flow of this video and song!!
