...The first time I heard Matt, he played a Stan Rogers classic, and it sent shivers up my spine. Instantly, I thought to myself, this guy is going places....when he gets a little bit older. And now, he`s a little bit older playing a Bob Dylan classic....and dam, I can`t shake those shivers...
Matt played for a small concert in Inverness, Cape Breton, in support of a museum which is located in an old railway station house, and is dedicated to all the miners who worked the coal mines there. When I look at the street light just behind Matt, it eerily resembles a trains headlight coming, and where he is sitting, train tracks once laid.

There's a punk cover of the same song, that's fantastic too.

  • Very Nice arrangement of an oldie but a goodie! (Yet another talented Caper! Must be something in that North Atlantic air!)

  • i feel so cool because i know him personally

  • Wow The Cape is full of talent I guess its about our parents uncles and aunts sharing their music in the KITCHEN.The kitchen was our youtube. Keep going forward and start some writing of your own songs or maybe your aunt or uncle will come up with one. CAPERS check out oleagleeye from the Pier dear.
