oblivion how to get fin gleam

its pretty simple believe it or not all you need to do is go to anvil light house and go where i go you need to find this little island and about north west of the little island you need to dive into the water and search for a skeleton the skeleton should have the fin gleam

the effects are you get water breathing permanently (permanently if you wear the fin gleam helmet) Night- eye and detect life 20 ft self hope this vid helped :)
