ok look, this scene here was taken from one of the last episodes from an anime series called "jungle book - shonen mowgli". The episode you are referring to is the 9th episode of the series.

The red flower was meant to save mowglis sister Akru btw:)

Does anyone remember a Mowgli movie where Mowgli must scale the mountain in a terrible storm in order to pick a red flower (not fire, literally a red flower) to save Akela who is dying in the cave? I loved it as a kid and I absolutely can not remember its title...and when I ask people they ave absolutely no idea what I'm talking about. It looks the same as this clip as far as style goes if that helps...
