中新社乌鲁木齐七月七日电　热比娅全名热比娅·卡德尔，一度是新疆女首富，后被查出存在严重的经济问题，并因危害 国家安全罪被批捕判刑。

　　热比娅一九五一年出生于新疆阿尔泰山脚下的阿勒泰市。中国实行改革开放后，她在乌鲁木 齐商业区二道桥租下一个小摊位，正式投身商海，经过十年发展身家上亿，成为当时新疆女 首富。　　　　　不过，这位政商名人却存在严重的经济问题。据查实，热比娅及其子女在乌鲁木齐市注册登 记的阿克达工贸有限公司，自一九九四年至二00四年在经营过程中采用各种非法手段偷税 漏税八百多万元人民币；欠缴滞纳金二千余万元；拖欠银行和个人各类债务二千八百多万元 。

　　一九九九年八月，热比娅因危害国家安全罪被批捕。二000年三月，乌鲁木齐中院以向境 外组织非法提供国家情报罪，判处热比娅八年徒刑。服刑期间，热比娅个人提出保外就医申 请，出于人道主义考虑，司法部门同意其申请。二00五年三月十七日热比娅出狱赴美保外 就医。热比娅出国前一再向政府保证，出境后绝不参与危害中国国家安全的任何活动。　　　　　中共政治局委员、新疆区委书记王乐泉曾在中国国务院新闻发布会上表示，热比娅一出境就 变卦了，和恐怖主义、分裂主义、极端主义的头面人物包括暴力恐怖犯罪的骨干分子一起， 密谋筹划各种分裂中国的活动。同时，指使其境内子女变现所有可以变现的资产，通过各种 方式转移国外，并设法为其子女在国外定居办理手续。

　　热比娅曾任新疆维吾尔自治区工商联副主席、新疆女企业家协会副会长，并且被选为第八届 全国政协委员

All the Chinese people will kick their asses if the Chinese people understand what the hell these Communists doing. So, only thing the commies can save themselves is to mislead Han people.
