  • Good excercises, very hard if done properly. I train 2x a week with a trainer, might just have to show him some of these since they are so demanding. I find that exercise through kinesiology is harder than lifting weights, and gets you in better shape. It also is cheap because as you said, you need a floor and a wall and tha's it. I'll be looking for more videos from you, thanks for posting.
