It's Mo/D with:
Protective Spirit,
Mystic Regeneration,
Fleeting Stability.
Shield of Absorbtion,
Shielding Hands,
Shield of Judgement,
Balthazar's Spirit,
Blessed Aura.
I began in Hard Mode as you can see. Once I entered Under LA, it went to Normal Mode. Tell me what you think!

I'd rather do D/Mo, monks look really ugly for some reason and dervish have cooler armour, and you can still have those same skills if you go D/Mo

I don't think so. Everyone farms Glint's Challenge. You should try to find one there.

No, they don't drop anything in Normal Mode. Hard Mode is unconfirmed because there is a chance that you can repeat the quest to get into EotN. Chances are that you can't The only thing you get right now is tons of xp.
