Where did you go for training? and how was it and how long?
runjj 2 years ago
i went to den for training and depending on what phase of training youre going to be going for, it can go from a week to 2 weeks. initial training is just a week; ground handling, signaling and such. if youre going to be going for ticketing and desk work such as a customer service agent, that can be as much as three weeks depending on what your general manager wants you to attain.
as for how was it...amazing. entertaining and knowledgeable trainers.
