I have a better way for problem one. "R2 L2 D1 R2 L2 U2 R2 L2 D1 R2 L2" R

R=Right

L=Left

D=Down (underside/bottom)

U=Upper

1= turn this side once CLOCKWISE

2= turn this side twice (either way is fine)

Whats the algorythm for problem 1 when you say ' finish It as normal?? '

Because i Had It exactly like that, 1 clean Side And 3 sides in which i needed to change the middle piece.

if its the case that red is oppsite orange and blue is oppsite green you can just do M2 U M2 U2 M2 U M2 and the cube is solved. without getting to the fish again.
