exactly but also not only would a black community find it awkward for a white man in the area especially associating with children someone is going to really take notice because many cities with these types of communities who don't get alot of white people around someone is bound to notice

I don't get it...just because he was in a black neighborhood and the black people separated themselves from him...how can he conclude that the offender was black?
