Andre Durie Football Injury

This is a very short video and very hard to see what happend.
Description of the injury. as i planted to setup a block for my blocker i hyper extended my Hamstring tearing it and blowing my ACL. as i was falling i tried to break my fall with the same leg and it buckled bend laterally on a 90 degree angle and rupturing the posteriolateral compartment of the knee.(dislocation)...what made the injury even worst was that it dislocated and crushed the peroneal nerve on the outside of the leg leaving me with paralysis from the knee down. a week later i was told i would never walk properly again...now im running and documenting my recovery

Four Muscles(IT band,Hamstring,Bicep Femoris,popliteus)

and Crushed peroneal nerve leaving me with paralysis from knee down.

Dislocations hurt like a bitch. Friday I got injured while scrimmaging in football...torn ligaments, tendons, complete knee dislocation, partial fracture. Not nearly as bad as yours but if I require surgery I'll be out for over a month.

Dats got to be the most painful and scary thing in the world. Ive seen your rehab videos and i would have to say thats some real determination to come back from an injury like that
