  • what's the difference between a bio spin and cork?

  • A bio spin is forward, where you look under your arm when you start your rotation, and cork is backward where you look over your shoulder when you start the rotation.

  • WTF!!! i cant do those.....everytime i try i always go just into like a bio 9 i cant do bio to bio in mid air....any tips?

also i havent tried it into a foam pit i only tried on a circle black tramp

  • You can try to do a 1,5 bio to your back. When you have that under control, you can spot your landing, and it feels nice to you. When you feel for it and think that you are ready, then just go for it! :)

I have done it on my back yard trampoline as well, so it is possible, if the tramp is good enough

    Good luck

  • wtf is that laught at the end

  • Haha its my dad, he always laugh!

  • this is just a regilur double misty 10 no bigg deal!

  • Thats sick bro !

  • Double misty looks 10 times better

  • what is the trick in my video called? at 1:23 ?

    thx

  • @Polognomen wtf is wrong with you? and what your talking about is a misty, dipshit.

    -Cork is over your sholder

-Misty is a spin forward, rotating towards your under/lower arm.

-Bio is a sort of a "lean back" spin

  • Ok this is gonna sound weak, but on the trampoline whenever i try to spin anything over a 360, i look over sm shoulder, use my arms and everything, but i always end up on my butt, my legs just wont stay under me, any tips?

  • hips over your head = misty, not bio. looked like bio 7 to misty 3

  • @Ananas1997 no. when you are doing a double cork or bio, the first bio or cork is the not inverted spin and the second (that makes it a dubble) is a flip.

  • how in a bio do you keep your feet under your head. when i try i always just end up doing a misty
