Ida S Baker High School Varsity Cheer 2008-2009

At the Florida State Cheer Competition. We went againest 5 teams including us, and we got 1st place! :) We worked so hard to win this competition. I'm so happy and proud of us. So enjoy!

what were the tryouts like? Im trying out next year, and im guessing jv and varsity tryouts are mostly the same? lol

@LovVeStaar not really if your trying out for varsity you have to a stunting portion that you'll be judged on, then you could do both which you still would. but if your just trying out for jv or freshman then they wouldn't stunt. now, if your a freshman you can only try out for either varsity or freshman, and you can pick both so if you dont get enough points to be on varisty you'll be on freshman. it'll be explained at the parent/cheerleader meeting for all that are interested.

@ErikaSilsbe well their in a different devision then us so what, yes they are better. I have friends on the Riverdale cheer team.

@AlexRenae2 Im not saying it was bad or anything. I liked it. i was really good. I was gonna go to tht school. But i decided to go to Riverdale instead. Good Job though! :)

I'm looking into joining highschool varisty cheerleading when I get to high school.
