Personally, I prefer it when an LPer does not talk over cutscenes. You can get more of the story that way if you haven't played the game. And even though I have played this game, quite a bit in fact, I still want to watch the cutscenes.

Plus it is kind of a general rule among most LPers to not talk over cutscenes.
