Depends on how you order it... and also its better than that chemical/preserved filled big mac.......Health wise... not weight wise though.. because again i say it depends on how you order it. If load a bunch of mayo on it, with white/chedder bread, and lots of cheese.. it would .. and get it footlong sized... its much more fattening than the big mac
