  • She was a great speaker

  • @lancedyer1 With respect, the figures are a matter of public record. Your quote is one particular interpretation. In 2011, the government spent 701bn (virtually all on the public sector, apart from foreign aid etc) and recouped 500bn from taxes, so had to borrow the difference through gilts. So the public sector debt is about £200bn per year. The banking bail out is unrealised debt, worth about £240bn (but not yet realised). Not trying to argue, just setting out the facts.

  • @lancedyer1 quoting the anti-western traitor chomsky? not a good start. pity hitler took out all those successful capitalist jews and didnt take out his family instead.

  • ahahahaha

  • @catterick88 Very true indeed. Labours policy was SPEND SPEND SPEND and look what's left. The pot was empty when labour lost. I've been hearing that the N.H.S was doing very well before Labour got in. Very reckless. Top hat to Margaret.

  • Complete bitch.
