The video starts with Dean having to choose between two worlds. Reality, and the false reality that the Djinn trapped him in.
Dean then has to face the choice of either losing his brother, or sacrificing his own soul. The decision causes Dean more heartache when the choice he has to make parallels the one John made to save Dean. The video follows the sacrifice Dean made up until he is condemned to hell.
