This was not very good Matthew. Looks like your shifu is not giving you the corrections you need or you are not learning directly from a good Shifu. Your expression of sound is not in harmony with your body movement. You sometimes make shouts where your level of exertion does not warrant it you seem to be making shouts/sounds for the sake of it or just because you heard others doing it in these moments. You have a good heart and you train hard. Keep spreading the happiness!

Thats what happens when you copycat too much folks. That guy is a duck who flies to China & copycat from a few unrelated schools, comes back without a solid foundation & hopping to spread his wings on Youtube. Goupi dedongshi LOL :>) Basically that flow of Xiaohong Quan is known around Wunanfang & Wuguloong Shaolin school where no-one would recognize him as a proper member. He vocifarates out of time like a gay guy faking an orgasm LOL LOL LOL His Mabu is heavy on the leaning forward :>)

@Dragon34th lol, not quite, i studied Chuan Tong Wushu at Chuan tong Wu yuan from Hu zheng sheng who had studied under Yang Gui Wu and Zhang Guangjun which all dates back to "Wu Gu Lun".... I would love to know who you studied with with such strong knowledge?
