Several years ago my family decided to get out of the city and move to a remote wilderness property. We realized that a consumer based existence was stealing our lives away from us. Our goal is to build a simple life. A life that gets back to the basics, A meaningful walk with God and a life free for debt. This channel page will follow us as we develop a remote wilderness home. I invite you to follow our adventure as we carve an off grid homestead out of the rugged Pacific Northwest wilderness.

one day i will get there also !

  • I couldn't agree more with everything you say. I love doing projects and am almost disappointed when I come to the end of an enjoyable project. There is something magical in being able to build something of worth and of good standard. Thanks for all your vids. I am only too aware of the time and effort it takes to put something decent out there. Thanks again and may we meet in heaven one day.

  • I like how ya'll tried to shoot it down first. Man living in such a location is looking better and better every day.

  • You at least will understand when I say that after I get finished fighting the government one of my plans is to build my wife and I our new home. I think you are doing great. Getting stuck is just part of the adventure and learning. Thanks for the videos and the interesting adventure.

  • keep up the great work and god bless

  • Dick Proenneke would be proud of you. Nice stuff Cody.

  • @wranglerstar haha, hes just an actor, your friend reminds me of him. I started collecting ol axe heads and rehandling them thanks to you.... jerk. But honestly, your videos are great, a breath of fresh air, hope to see, and learn, more.
