@Footloose301 ha i know what you mean, i bought an 06 gt and wasnt satisfied either i had old gs-t before that. and my gs-t felt faster and was more fun to drive than my new 4g v6 gt. so i traded it in after 5 months and got a 2002 honda s2000 not as fast as a 370z but just as fun

i dont mind the FWD and NA options of the eclipse im sure they sell well, but why dont they bring back the turbo models with the AWD option for the car enthusiast then theyd be really making money id buy one for sure. better yet a turbo v6 that would be crazy

Definitely ran better than that in a quarter completely stock, at 4500ft DA

EDIT: I mean this August 2011 is when the Eclipse goes out.

Attention, Mitsubishi is retiring the Eclipse in 2013. So, if you want to get an Eclipse, you better get one while they're still there.
The current 2012 Eclipses, however, don't have much of a difference from the 2011's, except for that it has Brake Override Logic, and (on the GT trim) a clear lip spoiler.

@Footloose301 well what color did you get it in? I gurantee if you got in black it would have been a panty dropper lol... thats the only color it looks great in. I'm considering buying a used 2006 GT V6 right now in Black... with only 33,000 miles... it looks badass, only in black though :P

Good review. Okay car. I bought a 2007 GTV6 with all the options and liked the test drive and power. However, I had it for a week and I was able to give it a good test drive without the salesman and I wasn't happy. It's slow as hell and handles like a boat. I ultimately decided to pay a bit more per month and got a Nissan 370Z. It's a shit load faster, a lot better handling mostly due to RWD, and overall it's a panty dropper. Nobody gave me a nice compliment when I brought home the Eclipse. Nea

@eduardolz31 Funny, They just made that change on the 2011 Eclipse GT lol. I was reading it on their site waiting to see when they are going to release the next eclipse. They lowered both front and rear by 1 inch.
Bring back the AWD option.
