Epic core strength? Like a boss... I've been starting to get into Yoga, it's a great thing for everyone! I'm just starting, but what I don't like is everyone is saying how they wish they could do that. DON'T WISH IT! DO IT GUYS! I am just a beginner, but I am starting, and it feels great!
