In July 2008, 11 students from across Canada travelled to Nepal to volunteer in Grace Home orphanage in Kathmandu, Nepal. The purpose of this film is to inspire young people to take action within their community.
I spent time at Grace Home Orphanage in 2009, and the place still looked pretty good. I miss the children every day, especially Nitu, Anisha, and Sajan.
Grace Home is the shit... Just got back from there. This video is awesome. I love when Dabit throws the ball and says "Catch!" haha. And then Sajan (or is it Sagar? can never tell those two apart.) just pulls some classic Sajan (Sagar) stuff. Well done guys. keep up the good work!
We are a Swedish family currently living in Delhi since two years, but in March or April we are moving permanent to Nepal and Kathmandu.
We have found our Nepalese family and we are going to live in their house, two minutes walk from Grace home.
We will definitely make these kids a part of our family.
