When I first read the English lyrics to this song, I thought it would suit the Outer Senshi. The fast pace would also be good for the attack scenes. And if you are wondering why there is slightly less Pluto than Uranus and Neptune, I thought the lyrics fitted them slightly better, although they were good for Pluto too. The song is in Russian by the way.
Oh and yeah, I mean the literal translation of the lyrics, there was never an English version of this song as far as I'm aware. So, here is a literal translation of the lyrics (from sing365.com):

I don't think this song suits well the outers..I haven't seen the english translation,but in russian they sing bout little bit different things ^_~ IMHO
