http://www.bodynomics.com I wanted to do this video for all the females who asked me about my motivation to workout and stay fit. Honestly, what motivates me is no different than what motivates most people. I hope this video motivates all my ladies to get up and get moving. There's wonderful benefits to working out. Even if you only have tome for 30 mins a day. 30 minutes is better than 0 minutes.

  • Buffie this is my first time watching your vids.. Please respond.. do you have a work out series on here. I hate that when I gain wt. my waist gets bigger, I want to have a small waste and maintain my figure, I have a nice behind, thighs and everything else.. Or do you have one for purchase. Please let me know I work and don't have time to go through all of the vids.

  • Buffy you sound just like me, because if I stay from working out for three to four days straight, I do realize my eating habits get nasty. Also, I find myself having more energy when I eat right, and workout at least 30 min. a day. When you are building muscle in some of the large muscle groups, are you only supposed to work on them every other day, or can you work on them consecutively every day for better results?

  • @aRealJawjaPeach When you're building muscles make sure you're not working that same muscle everyday. You need to give that muscle time to rest and recover. I usually wait until my muscle is not sore anymore (2-4 days) and then I work that muscle again. You have to let muscles rest and recover if you're trying to build them.

  • Hey Buffie. Thanks so much for the motivation! I've been a fan of yours for quite some time now. I recently just started back in the gym and started making better eating choices FINALLY!! You never lied when you said it's so hard to get back in the swing of it all. So far so good. I'm shrinking, my stomach has definitely decreased and my clothing is getting looser. I think I might need some new clothes before the month's out. :)

I think is amazing that youre open enough to share your journey with us. These days, a lot of women resort to surgery and quick fixes, thank you for showing us that hard work really does pay off =). Keep up the great work

  • Buffie, PLEASE come out with a DVD compilation of your best workouts, especially for gaining a bigger butt. There is not a lot of DVDs out there that focus on increasing the size and sculpting the shape of the butt.... I like watching the vids on here, but would like to pop it in my DVD player and do one after the other, or a special routein. A LOT of people would buy your DVD!
