It's not a catch and throw. The dude was in the air and didn't have a foot on the ground so it wasn't an illegal forward pass.

ok seriously it's not a catch if you dont put your foot on the ground. so basically he tipped it to his teammate,so its not a flag for illegal forward pass. a catch is having possession, which is having one foot in college and maintaining the ball.
