If you mean after the blast it could hit or paralize them, but not while they are runing around in the flame, the bomb is the only thing that can stop that. Plus the sword deals extra dmg.

in the manga Volvagia is a pet dragon link got as a kid then ganondorf found him and posesed him then link had to kill it

@uzimachi1 If you target the flame dancer with the hookshot while their dancing u can grab the little guy and dmg with the sword. U dont need to use bombs.
