@solocristooo Oh damn now i feel like a cocky prick... lol sorry. No I have a SEAL contract and will be leaving soon but SEALFit is the "sister" site i guess u'd say of crossfit created by a former SEAL commander to prep special forces candidates or athletes or anyone who wants to be fit. They hold a 3 day camp in california that simulates SEAL training. Not sure if you know what crossfit is either but Murph is a staple workout of it. I apologize if i came across like an asshole lol

Not trying to bust any balls, but the true "Murph" is 200 push-ups instead of sit-ups. And no I'm not just some loser behind a keyboard... been training mainsite SEALfit for almost a year and completed the Kokoro camp. But seeing that Murph is a tribute workout to Lt. Murphy I thought I'd say something.

This is an obviously Type O. The video shows pushup in it though. Not trying to bust your sack but what in the hell is Kokoro Camp!! Does that mean you are a SEAL or something close? I'll fix the error ASAP! Thanks
