Just released, here's a video of my recent 60th Birthday party (my actual birthday is the 27th of December), in which a group of my closest friends joined me & collaborated together to create a stunning interactive event here in Melbourne with singing, dancing, some exquisite performance art by a handful of sensitive, powerful and evocative artists, a variety of yummy food concoctions ~ and most notably, Simon Oats' amazing, gripping one man show of his original ballad/story "Orpheus ~ in the Underworld" One of the other highlights for me was a multi-media, animated slide show revealing not only photos of myself throughout the first six decades of my life... What a JOY to see my whole life before my eyes (while I'm still alive!), with photos of my closest friends from all over the planet dancing w me in every acrobatic playful way one could imagine on the "silver screen," for all to see ~ to have images of those nearest n dearest to me (many of whom who couldn't travel all the way across ze world to join us in person) show up in full-arrayed digital presence.
