  • @KingRyltar I agree but in most Filipino dishes salt and pepper is always added. The amount depends on the cook or personal preferences.

  • You don't need to add the salt in the beginning or later, due to the use of fish sauce. Fish sauce is made with salt, and is a salt substitute itself.
