I mean, I hear people still talk today how the Mets should have done the ceremony before the game, but in realality that would not make much sense because it is the closing of the ballpark. And that last pitch can not be beat. Goodbye Shea.

i appreciated how everyone could forget the mets awful loss for maybe 30-45 minutes and enjy and cheer on the greta players and moments of shea
