After getting everything in order and getting my free time situated again with the first internship, I got a few shots with the snow still on the ground because of the radically cold temperatures preventing it from melting much. This would change by the next week as temperatures would become comfortable enough to melt the snow, but by now means warm.
In these set of clips:
1) Rothwell Park still had a sizable amount of snow left on the ground well after the huge snowstorm, so I capitalized on this and took my only winter shot of the miniature railroad. The shot also showcases the renovation being made to the tunnel at that time, and was the only thing I filmed because I either had already filmed it prior, or I didn't want to ruin any surprises when they ran again. Unfortunately, I would not get a chance to film here after this shot, so I will do all I can to go out and volunteer at the end of October this year.
2) NS Triple Crown Train, Westbound off the Hannibal Sub Main
3) Really rare to see foreign power on this NS line, so I enjoyed the UP Mixed Freight train despite its obnoxious horn
4) NS Auto Rack Train, Eastbound, Hannibal Sub Main
