  • this exercise will make your heart rate soar through the roof. i highly recommend not giving up too soon. if you fall, get back. don't mind if you feel people are staring at you. at least you are the one who is trying this challenging/crazy exercise. you will motivate other people to think outside the box.

  • Don't listen to crimsnchinable, they obviously don't know what they're talking about. I think it's a really good exercise and have started using it.

    The bosu is a little unstable but obviusly the more you do it the more stable you'll get. I've now started replacing the bosu for a 45cm swiss ball - just an idea of ways you can progress?
