yes, nairobi city council not only needs to be re-examined, but needs to be re-planned on a yearly basis because their oldschool plans are sending us into vision 1930 if u compare to some counttries out there.

Nairobi City Council collects millions of revenue daily in parking fees, business permits fees for hawkers to large shopping centers. Each kiosk in Nairobi pays a daily fee of 25kshs.

However, the same Nairobi City Council has failed to deliver services outside the CBD. I see no different between the NCC and the defunct ECK.
