@baseballP25 ha! well... that's what it is!! That part of the CandyShell Card is actually made of the same stuff as the rubbery inside of CandyShell- a polymer called TPE. So, the rubbery-grippy thing inside is made of TPE. It's flexible and causes friction, therefor allowing it to hold 1-3 cards securely!!
