Football is not easy. Though having tens of foreign-produced players thanks to dual citizenship might give you some instant competitiveness among minnows, it will never make you a real football powerhouse. Develop your own football and produce at least some quality players yourself. It's ridiculous to act like something in football when you don't even have domestic professional football league.
