CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: A passenger who survived the 'Miracle on the Hudson' plane crash three years ago has bravely become a PILOT himself. Daring Clay Presley gained his wings after courageously taking to the skies to overcome his fear of the New York terror crash. The 57-year-old even formed a close friendship with Jeff Skiles, the first officer who helped Captain Chesley 'Sully' Sullenberger save the lives of 155 in the dramatic river plunge. Sully and Jeff became heroes when they landed an Airbus A320 on the Hudson River, after it hit a flock of geese six minutes after take-off from La Guardia airport. Clay described feeling helpless during the crash, and while others might never board a plane again, he learned to fly one himself.
