  • It's amazing how close minded people can be. Half of all monogamous marriages end in divorce, yet nobody says, "See that's why monogamy is useless." If a poly relationship fails, however, it's a clear indication that polyamory is totally impossible. Poly isn't for everybody, no more than monogamy is for everybody. Never the less, some people seem to cling so tightly to monagomy out of fear and insecurity. And without a doubt, that's a horrible foundation to build a relationship on.

  • i agree , one love , freedom, respect ..

    but

( i think) we don't need other people to fullfill aspects of ourselves.we don't need our partners to do that either.

  • Different strokes for different folks, I suppose. However, If my husband said he wanted to have carnal knowledge of other women (or men), I'd tell him to go f#@k himself, then I'd file for divorce. Polyamory: a fancy euphemism, isn't it??

  • Most people are not open minded enough to make polyamory work. Plus I don't believe you could give everyone 100%. your love would be much less dramatic, but why would you give up the drama. Drama is what makes love interesting and awesome.

  • Hey..here's a cool idea. If both parties genuinely want monogamy, or want polyamory..there you go. It's like everyone argues with the idea..there can be only one. That's like saying listen charlie..I know you like the chocolate ice cream..but we need to make a command decision here..its either vanilla chocolate or strawberry. Having all three avaliable would just undo time itself. Next thing your going to tell me well have all THREE in the same bucket. Personally neopolitan is about choice.

  • Half of monogamy failed? I think this only happen to certain culture. Sad thing is as these cultures transform more into these with 50% divorce rate, they're becoming more alike.

  • Adoration to all beings! See 'Water the Great Mystery', 'Room for Happiness' (orgone), 'Quantum Communication (David Sereda)', 'Masks of Madness (orthomolecular)', 'Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days', 'Something Unknown Is Doing We Don't Know What', 'The Day I Died (NDE)', 'The Biology of Perception (Bruce Lipton)', 'The Living Matrix'.

  • @MaconWall Agreed, but only 33 percent of FIRST TIME MARRIAGES end in divorce.

  • @Ausiz Agreeded

  • @MaconWall Humans are not designed to be monogamous or polygamous, it's just concepts. Actually human body is designed to procreate. And polygamy or monogamy is just choices and nothing else. Nor monogamy nor polygamy is better or worse. Actualy physical love have not much to do with true LOVE as it has to do with PLEASURE that is byproduct of procreation process. The real love is not dependant on other persons and their bodies. Love just is in us, we just need to rediscover our true selves.

  • @LordAngus1992 To your previous post Little Lord Angus "Humans are designed to be monogamous". Really? Males produce two kinds of sperm. Sperm to fertilize the egg, and "warrior sperm"; who's sole purpose is to seek out and destroy rival sperm from other males. If we were in fact "DESIGNED" to be only monogamous; evolution would have done away with warrior sperm a long time ago. More to the point, they probably wouldn't exist in the first place, Little Lord angus. Poly for life.

  • @LordAngus1992 Say what does it take to be Lord these days anyways? Not much I take it. Then again, by the time you get to Lord 1992, there's a significant drop off. Yeah, a trained money in a banna suit could probably hold claim to the title.... if they even wanted it. Whores for life baby. There's no other way to live.
