oy vey... my grandparents survived that nightmare by hiding out in the camp movie theater near the pool across from the soccer fields. Thank g_d grandma saved their camp script to buy and hoard food purchased at the camp cantinas. They sold that off to the others after the allied bombing crippled the supply lines. Grandpa like most of the men would have blown it all at the camp brothels.

With those profits they were able to immigrate to America and open a thriving wholesale/retail business.
