青山 - 淚的小雨 [020]

淚的小雨 derived from the Japanese Song "長崎は今日も雨だった" in 1969. "長崎は今日も雨だった" was sung by the group [內山田洋 & The Cool Five] which formed in 1967. 彩木雅夫 made the tune. All in 1970, three singers recorded the Mandarin version of this song in Taiwan; we know this song as 淚的小雨. However, it is unclear who sang the Mandarin version first. 青山 sang 淚的小雨 in his 1970 album, "淚的小雨/杏花溪之戀", this album also featured 婉曲 (麗歌 Recording). For 宇宙 Recording, 鄧麗君 also sang 淚的小雨 in 1970. The song appears in her album, "鄧麗君之歌第17集﹕玫瑰姑娘", which contains her version of 淚的小雨 & 玫瑰姑娘. The lyrics that 鄧麗君 used in her 1970 is completely different from the song we hear today. 陳芬蘭 also represented 麗歌, singing 淚的小雨 in 1970; the song was in the "人兒不能留/四個願望" & "夢鄉" album. In 1976, 鄧麗君 resang 淚的小雨 but with the lyrics we hear today "島國之情歌第二集:今夜想起你/淚的小雨". 姚蘇蓉 also sung a version of 淚的小雨 but it is known as "今夜又是雨", she sung this either in later in 1970. The original 青山/ 陳芬蘭 contained one major difference in lyrics that is rarely used any more when singing 淚的小雨, and that would be in the last verse. In the 青山 original version [哭泣] was used in the bar [憶起你雨中哭泣], most singers who sing the last verse sing it [憶起你雨中分離], as if the melody was the same as the first verse . The 1970 version of 鄧麗君's "淚的小雨" was written by an unknown lyricist. 青山/陳芬蘭 was written by 莊奴, 姚蘇蓉's "今夜又是雨" was also written by 莊奴. The tune using 彩木雅夫's creation. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this version should be the original 青山 version in 1970.

Please do post 青山 singing "我要你忘了我". I remember hearing that song on the B-side of one of his EPs when I was a kid in the early 70's.

I have tired locating it on CD, but no chance of it.

I have good news and bad news. Good news I found the song "我要你忘了我". Bad news is that the song is by 楊燕 (I'll post it anyways, so at least you can enjoy the song).
