America is a imperialist nation. Imperialist nations are the defenders of capitalism. But Russia and China are imperialist too. It is not only the USA. But Noam Chomsky is right about the nature of the America government. No matter who is president, the state will always support capitalism against workers and poor people. The American state will do whatever the capitalist class demand!
