This video I juice something different broccoli rabe, and a few of my favorites to make a green juice and I talk about the crunch time the next 30 days before my 50th birthday! losing weight to get below 300 pounds!

  • Stick to organic strawberries. They have tiny little holes in them that absorb the pesticides :(

  • Bill, still watching and being encouraged by your videos and your progress! Juicing has helped me lose many pounds (yay!) - enough to make me overly confident and allow old habits & foods to creep back in. Now back on track.

    Wanted to offer this: I have a small patch of psoriasis which disappeared within DAYS of juicing but I think the pineapple (which I truly LOVE!) brings it back. No pineapple = no itch. Pineapple = itch.

  • Hi, first you do not bore and I wish you luck. I find that changing one of the juices to a smoothie per day really helps with hunger. I do my smoothie for breakfast and the fiber really helps keep me full for much longer than a juice.I also eat my big salad for my last meal of the day as I am always the hungriest then and a huge salad then works to fill me up. ( I have a pretty big appetite)
