It's not at random, it has the same chance as hitting as anything else. And no you don't want low hp, but you also don't need it, you can still hit in the 50's without a lot of hp lost. It depends on your stats. But i've grown to like them both either way.

And I realized my last post on this video was 6 months ago, holy shit lol o.o

verac does hit through armour and prayer (at random) and when ur pking u dont want to low hp so i think dh sucks, v's the way to go

Verac's doesn't hit through defence anymore than dharok's, it hits through prayer alright, and a couple bonuses.. Dharok's can 1 hit someone if you have lower hp but can still hit good even with higher hp, and it has good Str+Attack bonuses and some others. GF.
